What data does RollReady store?
RollReady stores the following information locally on your device to provide its core functionality:
- Trip details and checklist progress
- Wheelchair profile information (type, dimensions, name)
- Photos taken for wheelchair documentation and damage reporting
- App preferences such as text size and unit system
This data is stored using on-device storage (SwiftData and the app's local file system) and is never transmitted to any server.

RollReady requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you photograph your wheelchair for pre-flight documentation and damage reporting. Photos are saved locally within the app and are never uploaded or shared with any third party.
No analytics or tracking
RollReady does not use any analytics services, advertising frameworks, crash reporting tools, or tracking technologies. There are no third-party SDKs in the app.
No network access
RollReady does not connect to the internet. The app functions entirely offline. No data is sent to or received from any remote server.
No third-party sharing
Because no data leaves your device, no personal information is shared with third parties for any purpose.
Data deletion
All data stored by RollReady is removed when you delete the app from your device. You can also delete individual trips, photos, and wheelchair profiles from within the app at any time.
Children's privacy
RollReady does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not require account creation or any form of personal data entry beyond optional wheelchair profile details stored on-device.
